We believe in paying it forward.

Quan Chau Co., Ltd has multiple social responsibility programs for which we work hard to support our employees and the local community effectively, these include benefit events. surrounding Vietnamese national holidays, veterans and other family hardship scenarios. At present we have donated more than 50 million VND to such causes.

Lunar New Year Gift Giving

To strengthen a mutual sense of caring and togetherness and contribute and support people in difficult circumstances materially and spiritually during the lunar new year (Tết), Quan Chau Co., Ltd. organizes an annual gift-giving session focusing on company employees experiencing extremely difficult circumstances. The gift plans are as follows:

 

1. For cases with extremely difficult circumstances. Gifts typically include:

 

  • An envelope worth 1,000,000 VND

  • A 10-kilogram bag of rice (150,000 VND), a bag of melon seeds (80,000 VND), and a 1-liter bottle of high-end cooking oil (48,000 VND)

  • Beneficiaries:  21 individuals/families

 

2. In the field of public relations, Quan Chau Co., Ltd. donated VND 5,000,000 to a fund which helps government agencies hang colorful signage and slogans aimed at welcoming the spring season along the roads in Nui Thanh district of Quang Nam province.

 

In the process of preparation, the Human Resources Department communicated with local government agencies to obtain detailed information about relevant cases and prepared gifts and home visits to send monetary gifts as well as humanitarian aid alongside local government representatives.

Martyrs' Day Gift Giving

To show the spirit of gratitude and acknowledge the merits of previous generations who made sacrifices for the Fatherland, Quan Chau Co., Ltd. organizes a gift-giving event for wounded soldiers, martyrs as well as agent orange victims experiencing extremely difficult circumstances currently residing in the Tam Hiep commune of Nui Thanh district in Quang Nam province. The activities generally are held on Martyrs’ Day (July 27th). The details of the gift-giving include:

 

  • A gift envelope including 1,000,000 VND

  • A 10-kilogram bag of rice (worth 150,000 VND)

  • Beneficiaries:  21 individuals/families
